Learn more →My work is informed by systemic psychology. Rather than looking only at the individual, a systemic perspective considers the wider context in which difficulties emerge: relationships, family histories, life transitions, cultural expectations, work environments and the stories we carry about ourselves.
This perspective is particularly helpful around parenthood. Many of the challenges people experience during pregnancy, postpartum or family life are not simply individual struggles. They are often connected to changing roles, shifting expectations, new responsibilities and the way relationships reorganize over time.
"The goal is not to identify who is at fault. It is to better understand what is happening, what patterns may be repeating, and what possibilities for change exist."
