Supporting women, couples and families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early parenthood — from Greifensee, Switzerland.
I'm a psychologist and perinatal mental health specialist based in Greifensee, Switzerland, supporting women, couples and families through fertility journeys, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and early parenthood.
With a background that bridges psychology, birth support and international corporate experience, I bring both emotional depth and practical understanding to my work. My approach combines active listening, systemic perspectives and evidence-based perinatal psychology to create a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel seen, informed and supported.
Before transitioning fully into perinatal mental health, I spent more than a decade working in marketing, CRM and people leadership within multinational companies including BASF, eBay and HotelPlan. This experience continues to inform my work with modern parents navigating identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, career transitions and the complexity of balancing personal and professional life.
Alongside my psychological practice, I have supported women and families as a doula since 2020, offering emotional, educational and continuous support before, during and after birth. My work integrates both clinical understanding and human presence — honouring birth and parenthood as deeply psychological, relational and transformative experiences.

I believe the transition into parenthood is one of the most profound psychological transformations we experience in life. It can bring joy, vulnerability, fear, grief, identity shifts and unexpected emotional challenges — often all at once.
My path into perinatal mental health emerged from witnessing how deeply people need spaces where they can speak honestly about these experiences without judgment or pressure. Through both my own personal encounters with birth and its transformation, as well as professional training, I became passionate about supporting people not only medically or practically, but emotionally and relationally.
Today, my work is centred on helping individuals and families feel more connected to themselves, more informed in their decisions, and more supported throughout the perinatal journey.
